8 cups chopped kale
3 TBS apple cider vinegar
½ tsp sea salt
1 cup diced fuji apple (or your choice)
¼ c feta cheese
¼ c maple pecan granola
Instructions
Place chopped kale in large bowl, massage the salad, add cider vinegar and salt and massage leaves again for 1 min. Add apples and feta and give it a good toss. Top with Maple Pecan granola (or any of your favorite two friends granola)
